I'm on it..

But the amazing lack of help and information from the "owners" is really pi**ing me off, wont give me an engine number,"the sticker fell off".. i asked about the trailer as i would have to tow home quite a way, all i got was " dunno", whats the age?, " 80's"....was the reply..and as to the 5 or 6 questions i asked, all standard questions thats all i got back, but if you read the feedback you can see why the winning bidders last week did'nt have it!

shame...if you cant be bothered to provide time with replying to basic questions, dont bother!!

If it is an actual 600 then it will be 85 to 86 Steve then changed design slightly as there were a few handling issues and the re designed boats were then called Phantom 20's which started in 86 / 87

Was it Steve Pattimore's? With the first of the 2.5 efi's?

If it was Steve Pattimore's it had an infill in the engine well, Steve pulled Nigel Jones and the boat was called Texaco, looks very sad now

But of course that could be complete rubbish

I think it is Rod, it has a Exe Power Boat and Ski Club sticker on the back, Grant Prangley owned it for years after it left Lyme as I skied behind it in F4but dont know when it departed from Exmouth??

Its definately not the texaco one as i have seen that this year and it still is the same as it was 18 years ago, yellow good condition and still called texaco, it came to Lyme Regis one day early this year. I dont know the new owner but he was from somewhere up norf

Yes, have checked it was an Exe boat called streets ahead (as we used to be sponsored by Fulfords!!).

It was always a very dull looking boat but was mechanically sound back then.
