Its not a Phantom. Its an unauthorised copy of a Phantom made by Chaudron. Its been for sale before but I'm sure last time they advertised it as a Chaudron Phantom 25.

Thats a chaudron! The bloke who had that previously sold it to the bloke whos selling it now a year or so ago for £11,000! He now owns the blue chaudron in brighton with the twin saltwaters on the back! I think Johnny boat dude posted a pic a while back? Went out for a spin in it on the l.a regatta weekend! Didnt go very well!

Well if they go as slow as the one i went on it was Boring!!!! He said it does 65 but my mate was following us in his 50mph fishing boat with g.p.s and keeping up!

JBD is right! Last time it was adverised it said it was a phantom made in malta by chaudron marine!!!
