Cheap foot throttle.

Unknown foot throttle. Was connected to an evinrude, but it looks like it goes both ways. Like a hot foot. And worked fine

Not that glamorous, doesn't have the cable connection fitting so someone will have to find one.

I've got one something like that in the garage, but it's got springs not bungee.
From memory it's a Teleflex.
