Found on ebay and owner states that if us Phantom and Ring owners are looking to upgrade then this is the boat to get. I dont know anything about these but could it be true?

Not sure what he means, but nothing can keep up with that new TS (which is F1 btw)
I could be wrong but that cowl looks more like the one of an old 2.4....
