Use a reliable shipping company such as Bax Global, it'll cost £3-400 to get a motor from New York/Florida side of the states, and you'll pay 2.7% duty plus VAT at 17.5%.

Once you've found a motor you'll get it over within a week, the actual shipping time is 3 days into Heathrow!
