1953...mmmh that would more than likely have been an Alfa Romeo engine in there, it was only in I think about '55 Enzo Ferrari used his own engines for anything high performance...F1 and the like

So a Ferrari boat with an Alfa engine now there is something to ponder!

My mistake that is a Ferrari Engine, Enzo built his first high performance engine in 1939 and then only again after the second world war after employing all the head designers from Alfa Romeo at the time!!
