For Sale Phantom 23 fully built in Kevlar either with or without engine, the boat sits on a excellent four wheel fully braked SBS trailer, with wash through brake hub system. The boat has foot throttle, power steering, Pro trim, The engine is a Mercury 2.5 260 with off shore leg and low water pick up CLE gear box Would sell as a rig or will split if boat sells first, Complete Rig £6750 or boat and trailer with all fittings less engine £3500.00,

What year is the boat? Is it structurally sound, no rotten wood etc?
Original gelcoat all over, or is the stripes tape?
Its black underneath? Hard to tell from pics
