Dont go from owning a high performance bike to owning a rib! lol
I am sure that there are loads of P21's on the south coast!
You have come to the right place for boat buying advice.
Dont do what most people (Me) and say "oh, thats the shape of boat I want" *Burty*
7K would buy 'a lot of P21' I have seen a few posted on here for sale that are race setup and LOVELY looking for around that figure.

If you like speed as much as you say you do then why dont you buy a hull and add a merc 2.5 efi ROS. A phantom with on of these with get into the 80mph range pretty easy.
You could get a hull + Trailer for around the £2500-£3000 range which would leave you £4500-£5000 to spend on an engine.
