Hunton Maverick 34, 37ft LOA. Two brand new Mercruiser 377 Magnums with new Bravo 1 drives and transom shields. Currently run for less than 15 hours. Revolution 4 stainless props. Smartcraft instruments, all brand new. Completely refitted in 2005 with new wiring, upholstery, teak floors, water system, fuel system, fridge, heads, cooker etc.
This boat wants for nothing and is immaculate.

Simon ! I nearly purchased this boat around 2008 when she was kept in Dartmouth, what happened to the 496ho's that were in her, also it looks as though the through transom exhausts are gone, who did the engine transplant and could you PM me with a guide to how much you are hoping to sell her for, thanks Garrick

Well what can I say but : of course!
Unfortunately the Hunton doesn't tick all of Mrs WP's boxes, having had bigger, beamier, boats she wants more space ...

Still for sale.
Could be used as a class D Marathon race boat with the new 377 Magnums, in fact the sister boat Atlas Computers raced for a few years.
Had a few time wasters, including one who had three viewings, agreed a price, took away a bill of sale and booked a survey, called it all of he day prior to the survey!
Need more space ...

Spring is in the air, Hunton still for sale, need more space for growing kids.
Anyone interested?
How about a last minute RB12 entry in her? D class, would give a nice ride around at 60ish and then sleep on her overnight!
Cheap racing- well relatively !
No seriously, probably best kept as a fast cruiser, weekender, in wonderful condition, just needs anti-foul and she is ready for the season.

Spent a few hours showing the Hunton to someone who I am sure had no interest in the boat, new nothing about Huntons or boats in general!
At least the sun was shining then.
So she's still for sale.

Hi Billy No Boat, must have been another one, mine's in Christchurch. REally just need more space, probably end up with less speed !

So she's still for sale, had a recent viewing but still no sale. Fresh anti foul next week and into the water. Eric has given the engines their first service so she is ready to go. May consider trades on cars or boats? What have you got? (sensible offers only please!).

Props all polished.
Full Mercruiser engine warranty.
Into the water today.
Ready to go.
Absolutely on the button.
Going to risk the wrath of the local fuel station and fill up 10 jerry cans for the weekend!
Anyone got anything interesting they want to part ex: cars boats etc?

So decided to try Boatshop 24 and got this reply:

Is it a scam or what !!! Who ever boys a boat without seeing it ...
I guess as I am keen to shift her for something bigger that £45Kish may buy if I can do a deal on a replacement ?

BoatShop and BoatsAndOutboards attract a load of scammers. Had that email a number of times.

Well another month goes by and another time waster!
She's still for sale, been using her quite a bit in Christchurch Harbour, mainly in fresh water, so hours are creeping up towards 40 now.
Although when you see where we keep her you will understand that at least 30 of those have been at tick over, !
In and out of the river, through the harbour, to the sea.
Will consider any serious offers ?

I have a Bat for sale and the level of time wasters is unbelievable.

One asked for fuel consumption which I provided in gallons per hour, to which his response was that he required litres per hour. A Swedish guy who wanted me to take the VAT off and a whaling charity that wanted my boat as a donation.

Plus said above scam also.
