always liked the martians, engine looks clean, might be worth putting a tarp over it, with all the rain weve had / having.

Hi neal_skyline
when i spoke to you i was talking about engine only price. i would rather complete package sold as one, but if no one wants package i will split.
It has hydraulic steering, the newer 2004 controls with quicksilver platinum cables. smartcraft dials . lots more goodies...

I remember belting just off there with Simply Red about 12 years ago and my brother shouting SEAWEED, I shouted back SO WHAT, he said its still attached to the bottom.!!!!!!
Once we slowed down water was only about 2foot deep about 800 yards off the shore couldn't believe it
That's my memories of Bembridge lol

Many years ago I was sat having a beer at a pub in a bay that has its own concrete jetty. At high water the jetty is almost completly submerged. Some guy in an 18ft fletcher with a Mercury on the back was doing high speed passes coming further and further in each time. Eventually he started to catch the submerged jetty with the skeg! Unbelievably he didn't seem to be aware but we could see the engine kicking every time he passed by. When he had gone we walked down the jetty, the tide had gone out a bit and you could see streaks of shiny aluminium across the width of the jetty. I bet he had a shock when he trailered his boat :-)
