Merc 2.5 260 EFI For Sale

Mercury 260 EFI for sale, 20" offshore mid, CLE box, dig ECU, 26'' Chopper Prop, alien cowl, Rebuilt by GB late 2005 not run during 2006, thought to have done very few hours since, the engine has been on my Cyclone 21 for a season, and has run faultlessly, starts on the button and pumps water like a hose pipe, I have not raced the engine only used for pleasure, I have recently checked the compression all cylinders across the bank within 5 PSI of each other.

Pictures to follow shortly, viewings welcome the engine is located in the Southampton area.

Asking £4000.00 ONO

if your interested email or call me

Further info and pic's

in answer to a few questions...

i believe the engine is a 1996 with the modern style leg, i was told the engine mounts are bronze as they are more robust, it is an alien style cowling, compression's read 135 PSI, the prop is a 26" with no markings on it, the CLE box is the two hole style. i have attached some pic's unfortunately have had difficulty getting them all uploaded but can email more if you would like...

i am in all weekend, and work locally so viewings are welcome any time.

Regards

stuart
