3 ram is the leisure saddle which has an integrated trim pump, only heavy duty (single ram) saddle can be fitted to the 15

I dont think a stock 20" single ram saddle will fit a 15" mid. The bottom of the trim cyl will foul the mid and gearbox.
You could modify the trim cyl to make it work though!

The transom brackets & 'long' trim ram are both identical on the 15" heavy duty as the 20" heavy duty, its the swivel bracket which is different, also on the 15, you can run the 'short' ram

Also the 15" swivel bracket has 2" extra setback built in which allows it to clear the trim ram

Thats what I was thinking, if you used the stock swivel bracket you would need to modify the long ram. Just looking at both, it doesnt look like it will clear it.

if you cut down a 20" heavy duty swivel bracket & run a 15" leg it will restrict negitive trim, heres what that looks like, the gearbox has a nosecone which exaggerates it.

The other option is to cut down the trim ram like so:
