Mercury Engine Flushing Kits

I've made myself a flushing kit for my 2.5's but theses will work on any merc gearbox with low water pick ups. As I had to buy 30Metres of pipe to make mine I thought I would offer to make some for other people to use up my remaining pipe.

I can do

2 hole CLE £ 25
Sportsmaster £ 30
4 Hole CLE £ 35 (as in the pictures)

Comes complete with hose attachment on one end so you are ready to insert and connect up.

all above prices include postage to anywhere in the UK

My sportmaster has rectangular holes in the pickup so will that work too. I made one of these myself for my cle too and it works great. For my sporty I made a fibreglass cup which fits over the front of the gearcase like a glove. I didnt make one with the tubes because I was afraid too much pressure would be lost by the rectangular inlet holes.

I had a sportsmaster on my old boat and always used one of these with no problems, you push the pipes about 4" up the holes

Never thought of that dude but now you mention it the bennett hose is probably the same diameter, however you still need the 'Y' pieces or the water just pisses out of the other holes.

You are welcome to one FOC if your cat has low water pickups dude or even if you want one for home

It's ok thanks, I bought a merc flusher with the boat.

You can get four pieces of bennett hose into a std 1/2" garden hose if you use a heat gun!

Buying a set of trim tabs is the expensive bit!

Hi , are you still making these flush kits. I’ve got a
Yamaha 90 with a bobs nose cone and can’t seem to get it to flush on a tap using a big bucket. Thanks
