I've lost track of the number of times Steve at Hypro has tried to sell me a "removable steering boss". Not sure of the price, but I'll find out for you if you like!

As for the smaller wheel, what size are you looking for?, most seem to be 350mm!!

Got one of the removeable "Hypro" jobbies for the leisure boat and it's really nice - - having trouble getting in and out of the boat Chris?

Cheers TD. The wheel weve got at the moment is 300mm Dosent want to be any larger. Mine got a little bit bent after Exmouth last season!!! No Cookee no problems getting in or out. Remember we are one of the founder memebers of the upsidown club!! Roy smith is now chairman after Windermere!!

Glen - There are a few on "the other side", the engine is on and we're doing the wiring and instruments at the moment. There is going to be a pub meet soon and we might take it along for people to see if it's ready enough. Expect to be testing / running in before Christmas.

Chris - Not sure how easy it would be to release whilst upside down but a lot easier than undoing all the bolts that hold the steering wheel on normally! Got an account at Hypro although I suspect TD does more business with them!

Have we been 'Groomed', 'Brainwashed, Manipulated', or a combination of all three?
