At £45k that is a good deal, but it is not his reserve price. With a little work the bladerunner could be turned into a good boat.

thats my old boat. sold it on trailer that i made. for £2000 but had to be fitted out. i saw one in the water with twin 200 mercs did not go very well. i had a phantom 25 and run better with twin xr2s (clarks old one) i think he wants £7500 for it.i think £3500 the mark

I think the last time that RS6 was advertised on ebay the starting bid was 55k so thats a big drop they are willing to take!
I would love that boat! Would go well in the 2008 round britain race!

You have to really really really be on top of the boat in anything apart from dead calm if you want to go flat out. The design is flawed. If you turn and catch a wave incorrectly you will flip - simple. And not fun.

I recon with a design change you could make it a useful boat, BUT you would loose some lift - gain stability.

In a 20 minute race I think it would be awesome, but in a three hour race you can not concentrate enough, and would loose it if you are going flat out. It requires 100% from the driver when at top end - and a good driver too.

And I dont think any driver can give 100% for three hours!!
