I think Cookee sells the protex ones which have a locking latch and i think yo can put a padlock on them too. used them on my merc and find them brilliant. we use them a lot in the military and i have never know one fail !

Protex fasteners definitely are the muts - got them on the race boat cowling and they definitely do a great job - Protex website
