He wants to spend up to £2k on his first boat and somthing around 16-18 feet what have you got for him ?

i have a friend that has a ring 16 with 135 merc V6, he wants £2700 for it boat is in gelcoat. i have a phantom 18 with merc 150 offshore mid. just had interior refit. needs few more things to finish will take £2200 as is, or £3000 finished.
