Here's a thought, buy a nice new light weight 18 off cookie, set it up tandem and get cookie to make two really nice in fills, job done race deck 18 with out spending lots of cash on a new deck mould.

It's an 18 with a cut down 21 deck. That's comin from one of the guys in the boat!
