Hi paul, we are getting there, the floors in now along with the dashboard. We have to rig it now and have the interior re trimmed and fitted. We will launch from hayling and use it in the solent and a few trips around the thames. We want to do some poker runs too if they come up. As for the performance i have no idea. The motor is mounted straight to the transom, and we will install all the heavy stuff on the left hand side to try and balance the boat out from my weight. Will let you no what happens. Rob

Is the motor central or offset? On my R21 with the HO central I needed a 25kg bag of sand under my seat to balance it out, I'm about 90kg and my nav probably 80-85.

Nice one Rob!! Let me know when you you fancy a run if you want a bit of cover. I have seen the 21 at hayling with a 200 ho on it and it runs well. i think its the ideal engine for it. i have some mid sections if you want to cut them down for an offshore leg. a few other spares too. but i know your ok for them lol.

The motor has a offset, im 20 stone and my mrs is a feather weight. She will be the one mainly in the passenger seat. we are only using the boat for leisure but will play around with the balance when we hit the water.

The pads on the cockpit sides are better than the ones I saw at Southampton boat show a few years back on the manufacturers stand!
