The price chaps is relative.......
To somebody who actually looks at the boat, realises and respects the amount of money , time, blood sweat and tears that have been invested and ACTUALLY wants this precise package, it is a bargain.

To those who wish to merely speculate and gesticulate then the price is obviously out of your range....

We are not desperate to sell but are happy to TALK with serious interested parties in an effort to introduce new blood into offshore racing.

merry xmas to you all.

I dont think the price is relative to the amount of blood sweat and tears you invested because being quite blunt about it, no one cares. If you tried to trade in a car a dealer would look at book price based on year and model It wouldn't matter if you'd ripped the car apart, re painted it and changed every piece for new at a high cost, the dealer still wouldn't go over the top book price. Reason being no one he tried to sell the car would give a dam although buyers would find it hard to argue a reason to knock down the price.

By writing:

"happy to TALK with serious interested parties in an effort to introduce new blood into offshore racing."

...I get the feeling the you've being putting off potential poker run/nice weather boating buyers by pricing the boat high in favour of charitably reducing the price for newcomers to the sport. And therefore I highly commend your antics sir and if you like I could probably sell the boat for you for about £2500 to a newbie racer therefore conforming to your wishes and keeping the sport alive.

Long live racing
Merry Christmas

In answer to your first reply, Yes I am sure !!

And to this one Yes that is what I said "National Club "C" Class"

OCRDA
Will be running a series of National events as always for "A" "B" and Club "C" as well as supporting events at Allhallows, Lowestoft with Thunder Cats and Folkestone with SEPA

Club "C" will be for those boats that dont comply to "A" or "B" Class

This Phantom 21 would be a good contender.

Nah, you've lost me there.

"National Club "C" Class" is what? Not Class C (the old 2 litre) I assume????

Where have you been Tony "2 Litre" ?? Thats what Noah had on the Ark
3c has been 3 litre for many years and now (from 2012) will require canopies !!

Club "C" Class will be as I said any boats that don't fit into "A" or "B"

OCR
"A" Class 1850cc 2 Stroke 2200cc EPA
"B" Class 1350cc 2 Stroke 1600cc EPA
"C" Class all the others (sub divided into classes with 5 or more similar craft)

bob, your proposal would work as an alternative to the uim c class just like the french series. As for the buyer for the 21 he may be long gone, but if no one answers the phone what do they expect

Yeh, which is why I said "the old 2 litre"...

Perhaps it's me, but the powers that be do seem to try and make it confusing.
