Selling my P21 with Yamaha 225hp

Just bought Hornets P21, need a quick sale on my P21 as i not able to swap engines.

For Sale Steve Baker P21 027D 1990-91 with Yamaha AETO 225hp..

Will post pictures as soon as i can.
Engine has good compression across all six and with Trophy 24 have seen 70mph on the gps, new 100ltr tank, new fuel filter, new fuel pumps on engine and the carbs have been fully striped and cleaned, engine fully serviced at the start of the start of the year by Power Products Marine.
Boat has one of the best interiors that i have seen and is all original.
Benetts trim tabs, bobs bits 4" manual lifter, new hot shoe foot throttle, bobs bits step, new sea star steering. Single axel trailer.

Needs to go all sensible offers considered.

Great weekend, wish i could afford to run both boats, Yamaha powered ran like a dream, new one is going need some setting up. 70mph flat and true. Goes on Ebay today will post link if i can.

you posted on the 9th of sept that your phantom needed a new engine then you bought another boat and now this is for sale? has the yam had recent repairs??

Hi Charlie

Wanted merc 250xs, only way i could get the right one was to buy the whole boat.

The Yam on the P21 is a AETO225 which although old still pushes the boat to 70mph with a trophy 24, have spent loads setting up and having it checked out.
Had in the water on Sunday an ran like a dream all day, this a lot of boat for £5k. PM me with you phone number and i will call you back, running through what has been done.

Boat also comes with new CCR reeds (not fitted), full work shop manual, standard yamaha three blade prop (not used since refreb), trophy 21 four blade prop (used once this year) all in at £5k, would like to sell to some on boat mad, as they know what they getting, at £5k on eBay which is the reserve price.

Can Only say that was with my mobile phone, running tom tom app, super flat day running Trophy 24 fully trimmed out and showing 5800 on the rev clock.

Engine won't rev out on the 24, gear box as it is set 1 1/2" below the V, no low water p/up, Yam's water pick ups are high so didn't what to risk any higher and running dry. Also like a rock and no chine walking.

Was thinking about buying a hydraulic lifter and low water pickup before going mad and buying another boat!!!

Later on that day put on the 21 Trophy and went for a ski, why would i what to start again???!!! Hobbies??

Sounds and looks a nice boat for the price. Sure someone will have it off you in no time. In my experience the Steve baker phantom out perform the copy's/replica phantoms in every field. A pal of mine recently purchased one in France only to find the 200xs powerhead was a seized ball of rust!!

Just got back from holiday to find out the ebayer has blown me out, so £80 to ebay to reclaim and no sold boat.
