Shopping list for the revenger!

Hi all,

The time for rigging my revenger is getting near, so I thought I'd put up a shopping list of most of the bits I need to see if anyone has anything, before I go and order it all new... If there's anything else anyone has that they think may be of use, please let me know!

Here we go...

Engine (BBC Gen 6 8.2)

Main bearing set, standard size
Full gasket set for rebuild
Oil pump (pref performance)
Possibly sump
Stainless bolt kit
Pair of blower carbs, or one 1000cfm blower carb (got one 1000cfm I can sell/swap if another pair come up)
Twin carb plate for my blower (holley 250 IIRC?)
Couple of sea strainers
Oil cooler, one of mine barely has anything to clamp the hose to.
Possibly an MSD ignition module, MSD rev limiter

Dash

Set of good gauges & senders as reqd. Want them to be reliable!
K4 trim stalk
Some variety of trim indicator for drive and tabs
Steering wheel
Possibly a decent switch panel, even better if it contains ignition switching etc?

Other

Loads of stuff I can't think of, but including...
Battery box
Cut offs for battery & fuel, pref surface mount
Big bilge pump
Hand bilge pump
Decent oars

Thats all I can think of for now, if there's anything else I'll update!

Cheers, James

Try Stan for some of the chevy bits, he's got a new motor waiting for his '55 in the States so some of his collection of bits might be available
