We used to strap the surfboards to the roof of me V8 landrover (much kudos having that as a student) and spend endless weekends down at the beach getting stoned off our faces camping overnight. Happy days.

I don't remember doing much surfing. Seemed to spend a fair bit of time getting cold and wet paddling around on the fkkn thing though.
