the reference you give Item MM-27412451 has been superseded
now the good reference is MM-2741244T02
or you can make you order with SIERRA reference is SIE-183872

Seems you're a Lucky guy because the last reference you give 27-77671was also changed to the new ref:
Item MM-2777671 has been superseded
the new reference is =MM-2741244T02
So you can use without any problem the gasket 27-77671 you have in stock...
And the SIERRA alternative reference is still SIE-183872

the torque procedure for this engine in added file is for 1994 and later
If your engine is a 90 thru 93 the procedure is different, just ask me.

Hi I've got two new ones but the numbers are 27-96542 and they are vacume packed and have a use by date of dec 31 1995

The reference 27-96542 are designed for RACE OUTBOARD MERC XR2 serial 0B290314 THRU 0C276429 .
So don't fit on James 2.4 liters engine.
