New in a sealed packet.
I believe the trade price on these would be a round £70
How does £45 sound?

I didn't realise how expensive they were so might have to make do with some cheaper alternative.Nic

I've just been looking on fleebay and I might use some water proof push buttons -one for up and one for down.being quite small I might be able to mount on lower tray so save cutting holes in engine well.cheers nic

I'd go with the one from choas tbh, I paid a similar amount back along only mine was very well used Nic.
If you want to go after market go for the waterproof momentry rocker switches on fleesebay, not expensive and more suited to operating tabs.
cheers
Dan

as dan says if you dont want to use original Bennett switches use a good quality waterproof momentary switch, a lot of boatbuilders throughout the world use carling switches because they fit into the look of the dash panel better than stand alone switch from the tab manufcturer. Just dont go cheap.

Thanks for responses but
Hi guys I only need the switches to operate as a engine tilt switches and also for a power lift switch with the switches mounted in the rear instead of having to use the dash switches-they are not to operate tabs,I only used the Bennet switch on my last boat as I had a spare one and thought I'd do the same on this one but did not realise the price.Cheers for opinions though.Nic

Hi Tony I fitted the Bennet switch on my P20 on the upright panel above the well, quite high up on the side which was well clear of any serious water, looking at P19 I now have I'm not sure where I could mount the switch without the risk of water ingress as although the bennet switch is water proof it does not seal to stop water penetrating so I think I might have to mount the switches in the tray of the outboard and until I reassemble the motor I'm not sure if there will be sufficient room for the Bennete Switch so I will come back to you in the near future.I hope this makes sense.Nic
