Wanted: Engine/transom hose kit

Is there anywhere in the UK that sells a half-decent hose kit for running the cables to my motor? I know that Rex do them but I don't really have time to wait for one from the US

Cheers

Good question Paul, best I could find was a local aquatics centre that did lots of suitable silicone hoses and fittings - lot cheaper cause it didn't feature 'boat' anywhere in the name :0)

Or you could just get some proper flexible 50mm (or 40mm) flexible conduit with bulkhead connectors.

Try googling "flexible conduit and connectors" in google shopping. I think even maplins sell it as do other marine electrical suppliers

Proper job

For anyone that's interested I went to the place Leds suggested (a garden centre) and got some 40mm gloss black Hozelock flexible rubber pipe, £3.89 per metre The ribbing on the tube acts like a thread going straight into the 40mm hole on my cowl, absolutely perfect
