Wanted - Latham Marine Steering System

I am looking to replace the cable steering i currently have on my Ocke Mannerfelt B-23 and the Latham Marine Hydraulic steering system seems to be the best steering to put on them?

Where is the best place to buy the Latham system from?

Does anyone have a system for sale on here?
