Exclamation WANTED: Lifting Strops for a 2litre bat-boat

Hey,
Anyone of you got like a set of Lifting strops for a 25foot Bat-boat that are all in working order and approved by whoever?
We just found out that are's are knackerred and wil not pass!!

Happy for any suggestions!

Hi Will

I've always had mine made by Spencer Rigging in Cowes - and are not too expensive. The one's for your boat would have come from there and were still like new when I sold the boat - but that was a few years ago!

In theory they should be inspected every 6 months by a suitable company - so if you go for a new set it would probably pay you to leave it until the start of the new season, as then they would not need to be checkd during the actual season.

Good luck with getting on the water this weekend.

Or try looking in the phone book for the local Lift and Shift to compare prices - get the lengths off Adam! - 5 metres?
