How come it has to be 4 blade?

I've got a 23" Yamaha Pro M series, it's 3 bladed but has great all round grip, and was on my 2.5 200 Merc

ohh because i had a chooper 3 blade and it only caught the water at about 3.5 revs and how much are you looking for that prop and what make is it ?

and at the minute im using a OMC 4 blade shooter 25p prop but its eventually going to wreck the splines inside im getting awesome acceleration with that

I'm after £150 plus postage. It's made by Yamaha. Acceleration and grip on my Ring 21 was superb. I'm only selling because I blew up my Merc and it's too small for my new motor
