Mine is all ready to go, full bronze bushed and wear padded, Sealed powerhead. ran last year in OCR comes with new 703 remotes,. Re-sprayed black. powerhead was dry stored for years but is about 1995. I had 7 V4 yams and 3 brand new ones. Yamaha where at their best production in the mid 90's with the newer engines being far more "Out of tolerance" This engine was my baby and is the Best accumilation of over seven other engines!!

The newer engines had weaker castings, badly matched internals, weaker saddles and powertrims, slower powertrims with less travel etc etc. In recreathional use this probably wouldnt matter. Although these facts do make this a very strong reliable engine.
Provisionally it is sold to 2 people but as of yet i have not been paid in FULL!

£3k Cash

hi A30, Not got 3k for an engine but thanks for the info and reply.
so i'm guessing you rate them as a good engine for racing? what other options are the for this size engine(other makes and models) is the Evinrude 115 e-tec any good??? (new ones)

Nothing beats the Yam V4 for power to weight ratio
Also with racing tghe inevitable is to sink! This means VERY expensive repair bills for ANY EFI engine.

I now have a freshly serviced Tidy Yamaha 130B with Good A model Powerhead for sale £2250 with 6 months warranty.
