These guys have the waterproof Carling units (I forget the ISO standard but make sure it's the one that is for full immersion) http://www.techna.co.uk/
They supply the likes of RS components but can do small orders. They work out around £8 each. Not sure about colour choices but that'll make anything for you if you buy in bulk (3 dozen up from memory).

V Series I think looking into more - IP68 sealed rocker and paddle switches
