Yamaha 140hp pistons

Hi everyone! I currently have a 1980s yamaha 140hp outboard that i have stripped down because of a knocking noise. I found that two pistons are scored although the bores seem ok, i am therefor looking for two second hand pistons in good condition. Can anyone help please!

I assume its one Port & one Starboard !! Are they Standard ?

Yes mate, one port and one starboard, i'm going to have to measure them or see if there are any markings on them as i'm unsure if there standard or not. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply mate, i'm trying to decide if engine can be reassembled with standard piston as bore is scratched by the previous piston possibly from overheating. Yes i'll pay postage!!
