I have a pair of 2.6 260's and looking for 2 pairs of cylinder heads. I would go on your reccomendations what cc's to have. I use 97 octane fuel over hear in the UK, can you help?

I have a question regarding different exhaust tuners on merc 260 & 280?
The 280 rig I have has an oval model of tuner and the 260 have the square model!
Is it OK to use the square model on a 280 engine? what is the difference?power?
