Dan, be aware that the offshore studs are a bit longer than the standard studs. Due to the 1 piece adapter being a bit thicker and also the pan plate and double gasket.

From what you write (120 psi with shaved heads, while it should be 120 stock) I might think it may have quite a lot of hours on it.

Rebuilding the engine and one reed block has small cracks in the rubber.

Anyone having a nice used one to replace this...
