Any idea what sort of prop i need by boats running 4000 rpm flat out and its slow getting out of the water its a 19p do you think i need a smaller pitch?

yes it is a Yamaha control box and harness, its the wires to the dashboard from the control box. think il give it a go wireing it up. whats the worst what what could happen

wel originaly I think only 4 wires on the boat were used, grey,brown,purple and blue.
im thinking on the remote
red - positive
black - earth
green - tachsignal
yellow -ignition on
