Can someone tell me where the actual Race Instructions are? (The ones submitted to the RYA for approval and issued to all entrants and officials), All the links so far only lead to an Entry Form.

Was that rule only for the events organised by SEPA/AYC?

I don't believe UKFFORC will be competing in the Shakedown event, they are holding their own events at AYC this year, and will be racing...
