i could be wrong i was lead to believe out of season as in not a busy time it may be possible but if not if theres a demand it can be a course that is allowed:up:

just testing the water a bit.who would be interested in a race around the same time as the april allhallows race as there are a lot of boats that cant run there for variouse reasons,possibly around...
