Great that problems been solved eventhough I feel it leaves av slightly bad taste in the mouth. Mainly because part of it is untrue. Merc does not produce any motors with 225 hp with the 15 inch mid...

There is a lot that's strange with the 2010 200xs and 3C. For example that the engine is not EPA/CARB/EU certified but the rules state that it should be. To bad since the engine is such a gem....

I see. There is nothing that shows that it is not compliant to EPA/CARB but it has not been classified and therefore I was looking for answers as to if the 2010 Merc 200XS actually is legal in 3C?

Exactly. But my question is if it is ok to remove the plate and put a silencer instead? I find it to be against the rules. To keep the plate and add the silencer should be OK though. But there comes...

Hi all. Next week it is 3C World Championship. I'm looking for answers on some issues regarding the rules.

1: 2010 Mercury 200xs does not have EPA/carb rating even thought UIM rules requires that....
