The pick up is mounted on the transom about level...

The pick up is mounted on the transom about level with the bottom of the boat when i have the lever fully foreward the pick up is up ,is this closed or dumping as even when it is fully foreward it...

Are the white mercury speedos in knots or mph. Also i have been trying to get my ballast bow tank not to fill ,every time i am at a decent speed for a while it seems to fill right up and start...
