i had to change the Plywood on...

i had to change the Plywood on the backsides as well, the old ply was very soft and i did use 9mm for the back and 12mm for the front seat all in Multiplex phenolic resin coated...

the old original upholstery from 1986 had to go , in some parts the Vinyl was hard as a Cookie and brittle.i wanted...

it was lots of wed sanding hours,around 50 hours or so.Buffing time wasn't so bad.
my wife and neighbors were kidding me all the time .... How Stupid can it be to polish a boat for...

got all the hardware back from my polisher,all...
got all the hardware back from my polisher,all the corners i had to dremel with a small polishing pad by my self to get it perfect as i like it.
the hex head stainless bolts i had to be polished...

now it is sanding time ,no electric sander !!...
now it is sanding time ,no electric sander !! just by hand and with good daylight to get a good result .
all the dull spots and small scratches had to go ,just so that there is enough gel to power...
