There are alway people out there to help you out should you break down, it's the nature of boating I think the rules are designed to make it as difficult as possible to create work for them

I don't think the minor on board has any bearing on the numbers, there was also four other passengers on board, none of them were under 50 and the oldest was 76 another 67, if I was going to look at...
