the 1's on left are 2.5 carbs and the right are the 1's from the bridgeport.

the 1's form the bp have some of the air screws missing and the 2.5...

the heads on it do look the same as my 1st gen 2litre xr2 heads on my old spare 150 powerheadn (2 piece).

so whats the correct way of compression testing...

what sort of power can i expect out this motor? it already has carbon reeds, lightweight ally flywheel and im gonna shave the heads...

the workshop manual has all the torque settings i need but has 'notes' on some of them for 74degree blocks

is the mod vp (bridgeport) a 74degree block?

and how do i mod the pistons to cool the bridge? iv never heard of this before? i can quite easily strip it back down, just slapped it all together so i could get a compression reading really.
