The only OCR boats back then entering Class 3 races would have been Dell Buoy, Derick raced in class 3A and then in 3B in the Stapley, which of course is now in Basildon.

All I remember well was that my dad had the second race deck P16, the first was in blue and white and went up north.

Dad still has the invoice from Phantom - £1250
