Good to hear and certainly I think much more...
Good to hear and certainly I think much more could be achieved with the rules in accommodating more boats - but also allowing for the future. As written they are in my opinion a bit based on the past...

On initial look at the rules they seem...
On initial look at the rules they seem disappointing and not really promoting modern thinking - advances in design.
Certainly disagree with the weights and in an age where we need to encourage...
