260 crankshaft HP is approximatly 240 propshaft HP!!! :) Oh and the 2.4 200 HP normal pleasure motor peaks at 5800 but if it has the 16 amp stator and no oil injection it will spin to 6800 all day...

That motor will be 240hp if its standard and healthy. However if it really does only have 125lbs then it isn't that healthy and needs a rebuild. You don't skim the heads to gain back compression that...
