For a CLE the vent is on the starboard side at...

For a CLE the vent is on the starboard side at the top and the fill/drain is on the bottom just in front of the skeg and behind the water pickups.

As has allready been said its done by fitting...

As has allready been said its done by fitting different size jets, so unless the motor has been messed with they are probably the correct size and therefore best left as is.
