Personally i used 18mm marine plywood from Leigh...

Personally i used 18mm marine plywood from Leigh Timber,i found it had the right amount of flexibility for laminating (3x18mm=54mm),i got the transom the stringers and fuel tank bracers out of one...

Finished making a new transom late last...

Finished making a new transom late last year,sealed it but could not fit it in time,i only had one sash clamp so screw planning was important.
