what insurance! we were told that national rules did not have to be the same as international rules,and do you really think that changing the name of the class to bcc would make the boats safer in...

something is not right ,with an xs the best i got was 84mph,yet the same setup with a 280 we got 95mph,so there is a BIG difference between a xs and a 280 and a much smaller difference between a xs...

when the worlds was last in guernsey, roy smiths b23 with an xr2 beat all the xs boats ,including mine,to win worlds,so just because you have an xs does not mean you are going to go faster

i would question that decision as an xs under uim rules has a weight penalty and a rev limiter to contend with
