My understanding is that a BASIC (DAY) LICENCE...
My understanding is that a BASIC (DAY) LICENCE can be used for the Cowes/Peverill/Cowes Race, which is rated as a basic race.
Please advise - what is a blow-up pretend single engine boat - please ?
