it could be the pipe thats blocked from the powerhead to the gauge, or bits of your impeller have gone into the powerhead and blocked some of the waterways

Take the pressure pipe off the engine and blow up...

Take the pressure pipe off the engine and blow up the pipe, see if the guage moves i would have thought you could blow a couple of psi if not connect to a hand pump or foot pump and test again
